Student Ministries

CHFC Youth exists to grow in maturity in Christ as we continue to worship God. Encouraging students to belong as one family, we aim to serve each other and share our story with the community, for Christ.

We desire that our students GROW in a genuine relationship with Christ in our small groups that meet weekly. Our Junior High students meet Wednesday nights from 7:00 PM to 8:45 PM in our Youth Room on the second floor of the church. Our High School students meet on Tuesday nights from 7:00 PM to 8:45 PM in our Youth Room on the second floor of the church. There they will have an opportunity to meet with other students from their school and also talk with students about what it means to be a Christian in their school and community.

We strive to provide a Sunday morning program that is relevant and fun for our students with the intention that they will want to be apart of what is happening in our student ministry. As they continue to come, we pray that they begin to feel that they BELONG here; they are accepted here and more than anything, that they are loved here.

Our student ministry understands that our service to each other and our community in a vital part in our walk with Christ and so we continue to give the opportunity for students to do just that, SERVE. Through our small groups they are given opportunities to serve and also through events that we continue to add to our calendar.

All these opportunities and events are so that we can equip our students to know that they have a purpose. They are not on this earth by random chance, they are valuable to God. They have encountered God and they now have a story to SHARE with the world.
